1. Log on to http://shopmissypixie.com
2. Register yourself here:
You'll be brought to the registration page:
Fill in all your necessary details and click "Submit". You will receive a welcome email in your inbox.
3. Log in to the site here with your registered email and password:
4. Start shopping!
5. To purchase, click the "Buy" button. You will then be brought to the shopping cart:
6. Not done yet? Click "Continue" to keep shopping.
Wish to remove an item from your cart?
Check the "Remove" box, then click "Update".
Your shopping cart will then be updated with your purchases.
If your item is NOT available, you will see a "Sold Out" tag:
To be notified when the item is available again, click into the item and you will be brought to this screen:
Enter your details and click "Submit" if you wish to be notified when the item is back in stock.
An email will be sent to you to inform you that you are on the waitlist.
In the event that the item becomes available again, another
email will be sent to inform you that you can purchase it again.
7. Done with shopping? Click "Checkout" to proceed.
8. You will then be brought to this page:
Check your shipping address and select your mode of shipping.
Do note that once your purchases reach above $100, you will be offered FREE registered postage. You can then choose either normal or registered postage when that happens. Both will be of zero value.
Click "Continue" to proceed.
9. You will be brought to the payment page:
Scroll down and select your mode of payment:
Click "Continue" to proceed.
10. You will be brought to the order confirmation page. Do a final check on your order, address and shipping method.
Take note of the accounts to make payment to under "Payment Details":
Click on "Confirm Order" to process your order.
11. You will be brought to the order confirmation page:
12. Check your email for the order invoice.
Once you receive it, kindly proceed to make payment.
For iBanking users, you can do an immediate transfer and submit your details on the same page.
You can also choose to transfer and submit your details later.
*Please note that your order will only be held STRICTLY for 24 hours.
13. After payment, log back into your account to submit your transfer details:
*For iBanking users, please submit all necessary information.
*For ATM transfers, please upload a picture of your ATM receipt as proof of transfer. We will not accept any other information provided.
Click "Submit" to submit your details.
14. Your transfer details are successfully submitted if you are brought to this page:
15. Allow at least 24 hours for your payment to be verified and processed.
16. Check your email again in the next two days. You should receive a payment verification - the email subject header will read "Order Update".
Once you receive that email, your orders will be mailed out within 3 working days.
